PARISH OF CLONTIBRET NEWSLETTER

Fr Paudge McDonnell PP 042-9740121; Canon Philip Connolly PE 042-9741239.

19h February 2006 7h Sunday in Ordinary Time

WHO IS JESUS? The reality of Jesus is that he is human and he is divine. These are the two sides of his person. Both are essential to understanding the real Jesus. In today’s Gospel account Jesus cures the paralysed man as a sign of his authority. The scribes, by refusing to accept his authority are caught out by his response to the faith of the paralytic.
